		<description>40 percent of the work week is Monday and Friday though. So it looks like people take them off as often as any other day. I personally like to take a sick day mid-week, even if I am not sick.</description>

		<description>I agree about the trust part; it doesn&#039;t send the best message, but of course there&#039;s always the bad cookies that ruin it for everyone... except if you have a quality culture, those bad cookies are much less commmon. Great post and feel better!</description>
