We are all over smashing the clock with you!!!  

The fact that the corporate world rewards people for chunks of time, rather than chunks of work, is ridiculous.  In today's work world, people are trying to serve two masters: time AND results.  In the most productive business setting, employees can only serve one master: RESULTS.  And that is what they must be rewarded for.  

Thanks for such a great post - now let's get back to cleaning up the glass from our clock smashing...
