		<description>Actually, it depends on the severity of the mistake. You can get away with not apologizing for not doing something like sending the mail or some other semi-minor task. But if you irrevocably destroy someone&#039;s life or kill someone on the operating table through a mistake, just admitting you made a mistake and going on like nothing has happened, is most likely going to see you winding up on the receiving end of grievous bodily harm, until bystander pry those hands off your throat.</description>
